Learn the message in your missionSM

Coheridy exists to foster mission-focused leaders who inspire and transform superior learning organizations.

Do you want to be part of a vigorous organization where your contributions make an impact?

Become a leader. A leader for yourself in your role in the organization. A leader for a culture of continuous learning. A leader for mission accountability in your contributions to the organization. A leader who consistently and coherently reflects the mission and identity of your organization.

Why we do
what we do

It seems a fact of life that organized efforts - associations of people who have come together to work towards a common goal - are not as effective as they could be or as they should be. Some are so dysfunctional that their most passionate supporters become disillusioned and leave. These organizations lose sight of their mission and identity and spend much of their effort in minutia and distractions.

We know that you care about your organization and want it to succeed in its mission. You know what needs to be done and even how to do it yet are frustrated because, somehow, it isn't getting done. You need support not found within the organization; a new perspective, someone to help you find a new path towards achieving the goals and mission of the organization.

Coheridy suggests that expressing a clear and consistent message about who you are - what you do that makes you special and why anyone should care - is the key to finding that path. This is a process of developing a coherent identity between self and organization. Developing a powerful identity is critical if your organization is to fully realize its latent potential and successfully achieve its goals and mission.

What we do

Coheridy partners with you to help you develop habits and behaviors for lifelong learning and growth within your organization. As a mentor, as a coach, or as a tutor, we help you learn habits of mission accountability. We help you learn how to improve your measurements of activity that express the goals and mission of your organization. We help you make a habit of applying the message in your mission as a directing force for everything you do in the organization.

Results for you

Your personal growth is stimulated by vigorous and effective participation in a group effort. You acquire habits for continuous learning and effectiveness. Your behaviors are focused on the purpose and goals you share with your organization. You become an ambassador for your cause.

Results for your organization

Your organization is transformed because everyone in the organization learns how to express a coherent and consistent message about values, goals, and mission. This message identifies your organization as unique and special. Collective efforts of mission-focused ambassadors transform your organization into a superior learning enterprise.
