Bryan Leipper is co-founder and principal of Coheridy, a consulting firm with a focus on organizational development and effectiveness. He has been instrumental in the development of Coheridy, providing guidance and professional expertise in the creation of the overall plan, the educational components, and the electronic and print resources for the organization.

Bryan has been a consultant in small computer systems, information management, and education since 1978. He is an author of major software applications and systems developed in Fortran, C, Pascal, dBase, Paradox, and Java. He has written training manuals for Amateur Radio Instruction, authored columns on small business issues, and published articles describing the use of small computers to track satellites. He has taught public school science and mathematics and has business data processing experience in a variety of settings with several different applications and systems.

Bryan has a focus on the development and utilization of technology and information resources for small businesses and associations. Clients include an international automobile manufacturing business, health care organizations, professional societies and associations, and nonprofit organizations. Particular emphasis has been placed on assisting nonprofit and volunteer organizations in the understanding of the impact of technological resources and the development of products specifically oriented to volunteer management.

Bryan's community activities include several years as a volunteer for the local diabetic camp for children. Amateur radio activities included designing and implementing one of the first automated messaging systems for the Red Cross after the Loma Prieta earthquake. He has served as a business mentor for Jr. High School students involved with the Junior Achievement Program.

Bryan has an M.S. in Science Education from Eastern Connecticut State University and earned his B.S. in Physics from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He has been a member of: American Society for Training and Development, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc., American Association for the Advancement of Science, Amateur Radio Relay League, Association for Computing Machinery, Greater Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and the Nevada Technology Council.

Bryan currently serves as a principal in Leipper Management, an association management company that specializes in information and education services for associations and small business.
